My daily liquid consumption is normally 20ish oz of coffee, 16ish oz of 1%milk, 20ish oz of water and 32ish oz of iced tea.

I bet more than good, it works really well and you use it a lot.
No soda for me. Well, okay ginger when I go to the bar and order a whiskey and ginger but that's it; I rarely go out anymore.

i wondered the same, and asked my dentist. she said soda does not have that much of an effect on teeth, besides coloring the teeth.
it could be truth, or it could be she thought my coke addiction made me a good client and did not want to ruin it.
i understand all the issues that come with coke.... the problem seems to be i just cant quit for more than 3-4 days at a time.
there is something about its frosty, sparkly taste and texture that i just crave really bad, to the point i feel a huge relieve when i have my first drink of the day at breakfast.
Bacteria is what causes cavities. When you have sugar on your teeth, it allows bad bacteria to take over and cause destruction. Such a basic concept. Time for a new dentist, she obviously doesn't care about your welfare, and as a future medical professional (and doing some work within the medical profession now), I would say she doesn't deserve to practice...
