R-bikes / Richards bikes

I needed some small parts for my GT R-bikes charged me $50.00 for a few bushings. I called CBO for the same items $2.99 + shipping. $160 for a complete rebuild kit from CBO. I can't imagine what R-bikes would charge for that. I wonder what the R really stands for RAPE!
