the black will work better in low light. also it shoots in 1440p as apposed to the silvers 1080p. and it has a setting where you can shoot 1080p in 60 frames per second as apposed to the standard 30....

My experiance with air shocks is the pump (rock shox) will read 10psi lower than i pumped it up at the first time. also after a rebuild the shock will leak until its first use due to excess amounts...
