for my purposes (almost exclusively north shore) it works. though i've got a granny equipped bike for punchy / extended tech climbing routes as well.
i'm running the zee w/ an 11-36 10 speed (w/ 32 single front) as well. solid wide range, great value setup.
the aftermarket is going to be all over this soon enough (big cassettes as well as ring rip offs [a couple of which are already out there]).

seb - was a bit dodgy, but i was lucky enough to get mine within a reasonable timeframe, and aaron was great dealing with (before he got snowed under and things went...
boxxers are no longer polishy; pita to keep that way, so i just give them an occasional quick wet scrub w/ fine steel wool for a kind of burnished satin look. build has been bomber (lucked out w/ a...
yes! it's unkillable. this will be it's 7th year. geometry is still current, so no reason to replace the thing.
haven't tried them yet, but they're all the rage these days, so brewing a zombie dust clone next.
fabricating a coconut chocolate oatmeal milk stout as well; i made a float w/ coconut ice cream in...

totally. i've raced xc & dh extensively in the past, and have no interest in revisiting those disciplines (too much pain / not enough fun w/ xc, not enough riding / too much pissing around / too much...
