No, I've already been on both bikes.

I'm feeling good but the body is still tired. I still need to take it easy. No hard runs for another week. MBC and I are planning a 50 mile road ride Saturday at an easy pace.

Yeah, I was checking them out a couple of weeks ago. Pathetic. I checked Genesis too, hoping they'll bring back a 24 hour race. No luck though.

Maybe! I did sign up for a 100 mile MS ride on June 3, so I should probably do some pedaling before then.

Sorry I didn't reply to this! For tracking my actual distance, time and pace on runs, I use "Nike+ iPod." It's a small sensor you attach to your shoe that feeds data to your iPod. When I sync my iPod to iTunes, it automatically sends the data to Nike's website and it holds all of my history. Apple - Run or workout with Nike + iPod.
I also keep history on my smartphone (DroidX) by using an app called Cardio Trainer. I manually input that data into the app and that's what you see when I post my runs to Facebook. You can use the app to track your runs sort of like a pared down GPS, but I just don't feel like carrying my phone when I run.

It is Dom. I moved to San Diego earlier this month.
Unfortunately, it was so quick and I was so behind in packing that I did not have a chance to say goodbye to everyone.
i am hoping to find groups here in San diego to ride. If you know of any one around this part of the country, let me know.
I miss riding in Nam already.
