    Trainer Music ?

What your favorite music to listen to while grinding away on a bike trainer?
It's got to be something motivating!

Heavy loud and abnoxious. Same as I always listen too. Anything slower than that and I sleep well.

I don't ride on a trainer (ah the wonders of Southern California) but when I ride I listen to my mp3 player with

Papa Roach (this is the best one)
    Disturbed
    Live
    Paul Oakenfold
    Kid Rock
    Linkin Park
    P.O.D
    Puddle of Mud
    Nickelback
    The Cranberries
    Matrix Soundtrack
    Hoobastank
    etc.

i tried the whole housie techno thing and it is ok but i really like punk and poppy ska. i cant get away from it. it motivates me better than any other music i've tried so far.

    i like nofx
    strugnout
    pennywise
    less than jake
    the ramones
the list goes on but since thats what i listened to this morning when i ran, i cant get it out of my head.

    oh yeah,
    suicide machines
    pezz

strungout is my absolute favorite even though their lyrics are written for 15 year old boys.

For some ungodly reason whenever I ride, I get Guns-n-Roses songs implanted in my brain. Yes, it hurts.

    music

KID ROCK. And then when I really need a boost I like to turn up full volume Motley Crue (bitter pill) or Def Lepard (hysteria) yeah they are dated but some of the best Rock & Roll when played loud and youve just had a triple cappucino.Next stop.........ER
