there's an olive oil store by me that has all sorts of flavor infused / imported oils as well as vinegar. i got a lime one right before i left for my current business trip, haven't had a chance to use it yet.
Liz also got me truffle infused oils a while back, both white and black truffles. Oh. Man. So good.

Dip good quality bread into good olive oil mixed with balsamic reduction, then dip into dukkah mix.
Dukkah:
½ c sesame seeds, roasted
½ c coriander seeds, roasted
1 c macadamia nuts, roasted
¼ c cumin seeds, roasted
¼ t sea salt
Pepper
Basically roast everything separately in a dry pan then blend or grind all together to a course mix.

If you go a Middle Eastern store or some specialty food stores you can buy sumac dukkah mixes. If you make it fresh it will last months in the fridge (like most ground spices, herbs, nuts, etc). The stuff I've found at the Middle Eastern store is cheap.

You'll use up the Dukkah mix well before it will spoil.
Rub it into lamb. Roll goats cheese in it. Sprinkle on roast eggplant. Etc... Etc...
