Travelling over from Ireland to do the BC Bike Race in July. After the race, we're taking a couple of weeks to drive from Whistler to San Francisco and we'd like to hit up some of the best trails on the way down. We plan to do Metolius Windigo or McKenzie River around Bend, Alpine in Oakridge and spend a couple of days in Ashland (I believe there's great riding there). Looking for some more trail recommendations -particularly in Washington as we've never been there (We'll just have our XC/Trail bikes with us so we'll be avoiding the freeride trails).
