Had a good "high impact" workout last night. Spent yesterday in Norwalk, looking at buildings. Gonna spend aprt of today back in Norwalk.

Home healthcare nurse said my wife's knee replacement surgery site is healed up enough to not need a dressing on it. The Staples should be ready to come out at the end of the week although there is still some swelling and tenderness so the cold ice water knee wrap pad machine remains in play 24x7. Me I'm driving Paratransit in the Livermore area today
