Physio excersizes for bad knees?
Do any of you guys (or ladies) do physio excersizes for bad knees? I used to do them but that was years ago and I can't quite remember exactly how they were done. The doctor I saw while I was still in school said I had 'sorta' worn knees and I had to strengthen the ligaments and small muscles in the knees that most people don't focus on. I've started up at the gym again but doing squats, leg extensions, leg curls...etc don't exactly focus on making the joint stronger.
I know I can do a search on the net but I'd rather have some feedback from people that actually do physio-type excersizes. Thanks!

It probably depends on what the actual problem is. I had an imbalance of strenght in the quads that was causing a misalignment of the knee cap. Doc had me do leg extensions and it cleared up that problem.
