Different length stays, output sprocket size, tensioner type and location. 24t fouls on tensioner, 25 might work due to chain length, but can't see why you'd want it.
Yes he emailed me and said 35 tooth rear cog that he had made for his AM carbon Prototype Zerode. Ill see if I can get a pic and more info.

Robs carbon Zerode with a 35 T rear cog.

Most probably, this question has already been asked, but... have Zerode thought about using Alfine Di2 on a bike? That would, at least, solved the problem of the shifter.

I'm pretty sure I've put a 28t on a zerode in the past. One that Dodzy had made for one of his boss's.
And heres a pic that shows a pretty darn big one as well

Tooth size might just depend on where the tensioner ends up due to the chain links dictating the length of the chain. A half link chain might work with 24tooth.

We are trying to see if they will fit here in the US. The wire routing for the Di2 version looks bigger than the cable variety so Rob is not sure it will clear the frame.

I would love to see Di2 on a Zerode as it opens up all sorts of shifting options. The stock Alfine Di2 shifter looks pretty good, but there are also other custom options such as a single button for each thumb.

I also like the fact that it would provide a gear indicator.
Unfortunately, I doubt the electronic "cassette joint" / servo motor will retrofit easily. More likely with some heavy Dremel-tool modifications to the inside of the frame for clearance.
