Flame retardant suit: on
Does anyone know when the 650b, DH casing HR2 is going to come out? Either my google-fu sucks balls or there just isn't any info on the intertubes. They're listed on Maxxis' site, but that's about all I can find that's more recent than them first mentioning them at Euro Bike a while back.
Yes, this does mean that I'm going to be trying a 650b frankenbike as soon as I can get my grubby little hands on them.

In teh mean time, take a look at Vee Rubber Trail Taker 2.4. Massive knobs, sidewall protection, dual compound (medium/soft), thread pattern not too dissimilar from the HR2, $50 shipped.
