What is the geo going to be like? If it stays dh oriented for all travel options it could be a killer mini dh. The 140mm would destroy a course like sea otter. The 170mm w. dh angles would be a dream come true

Their site is crap for me right now. Not worky. Ill post it when they give it up on the local forums.
The bar seems heavy-ish though. Compared to Syntance/Easton/Enve.

You mean outta hand like that aluminum "thing"?
Blatantly biased in favor of Santa Cruz Bikes, Enve Composites, E.13, and The Hive. Just sayin'.

thanks, not really concerned with the bar though.
On a side note, does anyone do an exogrid ti/carbon bar? I'm sure that would silence most naysayers

All this progression is getting too much. Brings back 15" bbs, steep front ends and forks that could be used as boat anchors

I'm really surprised more people aren't afraid of what'll happen to their carbon DH bikes when they eat it in a rock garden. If it weren't for that I'd be all over some crabon.

Im 'afraid' it will brush it off like an alu frame can only dream of.
Why is it the engineers have its back, and we even have at least one season of pros beating the crap out of the current offerings, yet joe everyday has some superior insight into the 'dangers of carbon'
Anything you can do to an Alu frame I can do 2x harder to my V10c, and be 1/10th as worried about the outcome. (Drop it, jump it, case it, hit it with a hammer - it will bounce off unmarked, where your alu will dent, crease, fail...)
Stop with the silly. Do they make Bulletproof vests with alu? nope.

Why did I even bother posting?
Lesson learned.
BTW let me know when you post a vid of you hitting your V10C with a hammer. Would love to see that. Seriously.

And yeah - why can't someone (read: Bike Co) pay him some money to be a mad scientist again.

I will buy a v10c and do it when you do the same to your alu frame. The carbonz hits rokz crakacraka, me sad thing is silly. What do you mean eat it? Crash on a sharp rock? Yeah because alu frames take it like no other...
Why everyone on the internet likes the newzzz but when its carbon everybody is like - **** I almost screwed my mother but Im not getting back to my delorian, I love my 2001.
PS. 3.0kg carbon frame has me worried but Im pretty sure the fury at 3.5kg w/o shock would be enough to club a baby cow to death.
