A pump with a thread-on chuck - like Lezyne uses. All you need is the threaded part of the valve stem coming through the rim.

Or just quit running stupid heavy tubes on your trailbike and run a stupid heavy dh tire setup tubeless instead.

Schwalbe tubes have a threaded stem and collar like a Presta valve. They are also available in a variety of thicknesses.

Lezyne pumps are sweet. I use this: http://www.lezyne.com/products/hand-...r-Drive-HV/HVG
Threading on the stem is awesome. Takes a bit longer to thread on and off, but meanwhile, you aren't fighting the leaks or trying to get it to seal. But yes, you should also convert to tubeless....

I run them the other way around for increased performance in the corners.

continental do a 52mm valve
but seriously if you need the extra protection I would run a dh tyre tubeless with a harder compound like a maxxpro 60a

don't they make screw-on valve extenders for those deep-section road wheels? I haven't seen them, but my understanding is you unscrew the valve core, and then screw on the extender... and voilą, a few extra " of valve stem.
