Did Ivan fock up George Washington?

I was planning to ride the Camp Todd - Deerfield areas the weekend of Sep 24. Does anyone know if the trails are passable?

I'm sure they're fine. Those trails have been around since the CCC, and were built right. It will be a while until all the trails get some TLC by the guys, but in the mean time there will just be a couple more logs down than usual. Bring a pocket chainsaw and do your part by removing some on your ride!

I'll probably be out that way tomorrow, I'll let you know for sure later.

I usually carry a pocket chain saw for backwoods trail work. I'm just hoping the trails weren't so torn up that they would be impassable. The trails in Western NC are in very bad shape as in closed!

What's this about Ivan's dad and George Warshington?
