parts for a mini frame

I just bought a mini elf frame for my boy. where is a good place to pick up components to build the frame. I need cranks, a fork preferably 18" wheels, and not 18" by 1.75.

It can be hard to find a shop that carries stuff for a mini, unless you have a good race scene... you might have to resort to Dan's Comp.

Dans comp doesn't even have what I would call a good selection of mini stuff.
