There is a seller protection policy on Paypal (up to 500 bucks) and Ebay is able to cover, too, I believe.

If you sent a Money Order, your not getting **** from the buy.

What ebay can do is only get $250 back from the guy through his CC and give it to you, otherwise ur fuked.

If you used PayPal, you can file a complaint and get your money back.

That sucks! Just curious how you lost your money ? Did you send the money and they just didn't send your fork? Or did they say they sent it and you but you never received it? I've never bought anything through ebay, but I do want to start, and I don't want to get burned. The seller has a pretty good feedback 98%, it's surprising that he would stiff you, maybe it's just miscomunication. I hope you get your money back, or the fork !

uh, i did a search and couldn't find any completed ads from him for an 888. You didn't buy off-auction, did you? Want to post the advertisement? If you bought it from an auction, you should be able to get it taken care of.
