Pop-under ads for lurkers

Lurkers will now see some pop-under ads. That should encourage them to register, and earn some extra funds for the site. If the ads earn enough $$ I'll be able to add some new site features, increase the value of items in the product give aways, and keep all site features free.

I keep getting a pop up from esampler when logged in.

I guess it isn't really a pop-up, the pop up blocker just picks it up.
