i know of a small frame company called Simple Bikes. The guy that runs the place, Oscar, builds steel hardtails for dirtjumping, bmx frames, pretty much anything feasible.

oscar is a personal friend of mine. he's been building these frames out of the back of a mexican restraunt, and he jumps 20 ft + doubles on his simple no problems...hes not a light guy by any means either...

ps. i found this news paper article about his company on the net...

phone number for simple is- 509 469 4502.

i'd say somewhere between 400 and 800 bucks, but then i have no idea. call him and ask sometime. i bet he'd love to have a call about his frames.

for what its worth, when i retire my kona roast frame, i will be commisioning a simple from oscar:)

theyre steel hardtails. i think theyre light, but i dunno the exact weight of the frame. call him and ask man. i'm not affiliated with his company. oscar can answer all your questions. peace

Includes frame, sealed Pig headset, seatclamp, seatpost, axle blocks, v-brake mounts, maybe a BB converter. Everything as-new. Frame weighs between 7 and 7.5 pounds. I won't take any less than 360 plus shipping for all of it.

EDIT: If you're interested, send me an offer above $300 and I'll see what I can do.
