MRP Cranks

I'm referring to the profile spindle type interface crankset. I have long sold my profile crankset including the tools to a fellow monkey and do not have the tool to pull the MRP profile-style crankset out of a friend's bike. Do you guys have any ideas on how I can extract this cranks out of the spindle without the proper tools??

unscrew the crankbolt almost all the way, then put a hard 2x4 up against the bolt, and beat the living fvck outta it

I'm not a fan of using the crankbolt like that -- I've bent a few doing that. Try a dowel or something instead, it ruins the dowel but it generally gets it.
