FS to HT sizing questions

I plan on buying a HT soon (Kona Cowan). I want a bike for dirt jumping & other miscellaneous bike activities closer to home. I currently ride an 18" Stinky Primo and it fits perfectly. How does sizing translate to a HT? I'm 6'1'', 200lb & a 33" inseam. Any help is greatly appreciated

I am 5' 11" and I ride a Medium Intense SLX, Small M1, and my Evil fit me perfectly also(13 or 14" I believe).

The smaller the bike the better for manuverability. So I would say a 16" or 14" if they have it.
