so we wanted to make foil fish b/c Narlus made it look so good. So we got some fresh snapper but decided this meal was gonna be our Mayan Royal Feast. so we picked up a feisty lobster too. We made a paste from serranos & jalepenos fresh from our patio garden with garlic, cumin, lime, s&p, a little cilatro & olive oil covered the sanpper inside & out, threw in some lime slices, whole cayenne (from our plants), more garlic, thai basil flowers then wrapped & grilled.

the lobster we just grilled with s&p & ate with garlic butter. (does lobster need anything else? ;) ). we also grilled some maize with butter, cayenne & topped it with pamesan cheese soooo goooood, had to share.

lobster & maize.
