Does anyone else want to go Heli-biking in Whistler on September 7th?
The guys at www.freerideguides.com are willing to do another 1-day trip for $170 cdn. What is that, like $2 US? All we need are a few more people to fill out the chopper.


After reading Ian's review of his whistler trip, I fell in love iwth the idea of getting taken to the top of a mountain via Helicopter and then having some guides show me the gnarliest way down. I mean, when/where else could you possible do this. And according to Ian, this was the best part of his whole trip.

I wanna go. Seriously, if you need people to fill up the chopper, I'm sure you can get some people from the PNW to come up.

I'd think anyone in the PNW who would be interested reads the DH forum so it probably isn't necassary. What are the details? Could we day trip it from seattle? My calender says sept 7th is a Tues so I would have to take some vacations time.

I would like to add that the guys from West Coast Freeride Guides are super cool and any body should be in good hands with them. I wish I had the time to go on the last ride. Next year for sure.

Date: Tuesday Sept 7th
Location: Heli picks you up in Whistler and returns you there (or you ride back.. I dunno)
Cost $170 Cdn

Fun level: Off the CHART!!

$170CDN for 4,000 ft descent or $39CDN for 3,400 ft descent, x 10 runs @ whistler bike park... not a tough decision ;)
