damn!physical therapy hurts!

on day 3 of physical therapy and my arm hurts. got a bunch of exercises to do some of them 8 times a day some of them 3 times a day. i want it to work again so i can ride but ouch it hurts.

Dont worry man that stuff gets better fast. Well at least it doesn't "hurt" once you start doing them regularly. Keep it up.
