Ill be at windrock this afternoon around 3 or so. I have a big shuttle truck. The course is probably still nice and groomed from the race, come ride!!!

Went to Haw ridge & did 10 miles on the 50# DH bike again..
Got 2 build that fitness !
Going to BIGFOOT afternoon today although..

Ah, Cookeville is about an hour away, not too bad.

Joey took me down Railyard yesterday for the first time. Wow! The entrance to that trail is awesome. My second time down it, I did a header into a rock and busted up my wrist and neck. I had such a great day, perfectly clean, until my last run. I went down sidehill, then onto railyard, and i couldnt stay on my bike for 3 feet. I love that feeling of leaving with a super-fast run....just didnt happen yesterday! hahaha.
