If he did, fine him. Do those guys really think he's going to get jail time for a first offense?

Having said that, I think Stephen Harper and the Conservative Party are a bunch of dishonest, lying, redneck, racist, sexist, and homophobic motherfvckers, and I encourage Canadians to NEVER vote for a party that has Stockwell Day in it.
