Anyone have recipes for HOT relishes?

I made one last might that came out pretty good. I can post the actual recipe if anyone is interested. Its basically.

onions
red bell pepper
yellow bell pepper
poblano pepper
habanero pepper
salt
vinegar
sugar
orange juice
lime juice

Also, other than hot dogs, what is Relish good for?

Its good with alot of fishes...and white meats...poultry/pork...pete rose...

you could always add it to mayo, and make a more flavorful tarter sauce

It sounds like it would be yummy slathered upon a bird and tossed in the crock pot for 8 hours on the low setting.
