Make patties w/ 85% ground beef.
Cook to liking.
Toast rolls.
Add raw red onions.
Add this, awesome on burgers:

I should give that a try. I usually do this with my burgers.
onion soup mix mixed with meat
1 egg mixed with meat
finely diced jalepenos
top with mayo/HOT sauce mixture
add your favorite condiments...

Damn that sounds tasty. Have you tried the Dairy Queen :"Flamethrower" burger? It isn't that spicy but has a zing to it, they use the chipotle mayo.

I know this will sound nasty, but try it. Mix 92% beef, French's oinion soup mix, and 1 cup of Jack Daniels grilling sauce in together and grill to liking.
I tried it the first time and I ended up eating 4 burgers that night...

That's what I had attached to the original post. I deleted a bunch of old pics, and it was one of them.

I think they make a stout at certain times, but not on a regular basis. They are from Vermont, so not a lot of people outside of New England have heard of them.

The Wasabi Gourmayo is excellent in Cole Slaw. Make it like you normally do, but use the Wasabi instead of nomal mayo. :thumb:
