Hey wannabeabonedoc,
The easiest way is to open it in photoshop, and just save it at a lower quality, and therefore less pixels, making a smaller file to upload.

you havent seen steep angles or low bb's till you've seen my p3 with a sherman jumper...... 74degree head angle, 11" bottom bracket height, but it rides good

That fork is not as big as you think. 145mm and the forks slid up to max. I could make it slacker by dropping the fork legs down.
