BBG and grilling

even though I cook outside all year around, summer is here and that means BBQ time.

lets hear those recipes.

slow cooked, quick cooked, whatever.

this weekend will be corn on the cob, stuffed jalapenos wrapped w/ bacon and the standard dogs/burgers.

kick ass! no pictures?

did you make the crust? and what toppings did you put on it?

did you brown one side of the crust first, then flip it and put the toppings on the already browned side?

I'm gonna try beer can chicken on Saturday. I did a nice pork loin marinated in Mojo Criollo a few nights ago. It was topped with a yummy mango chutney (sauce).

The local Thriftway has pre-made Pork & Beef skewers. They are nicley spiced, and reasonably priced. I think next time I grill it is gonna be some more of those.
