while reading an article entitled New Rules on Sperm Donations by Gays (NYT (http://www.nytimes.com/2004/05/20/health/20organ.html?n=Top%2fNews%2fHealth&pagewanted=print&position=)), this part struck me as odd:Men who acknowledge having had homosexual sex within the previous five years will not be allowed to make anonymous sperm donations under new rules that the Food and Drug Administration is expected to announce today.do they have taste-testers/testes?
does the gay-lobby have a case against the FDA?

Depending upon your point of view, ejaculate can be either a food or drug. For me, it has always been a drug ala Chris Rock's skit about "Daddy gettin' his medicine".
