That nutbag had a strong hand in convincing the US to invade Iraq. Seems clear now he did it so he could become "king".:mad: And what the hell were we doing giving him $340,000 a month?:angry:

Ive had this thought, apparently he was one of the main sources of WMD intel. that they were going on. I also wonder how self serving his motives were.

Turns out he has been spying for Iran.

Seems like Iran would have a more than average level of interest in seeing Hussein ousted. Of course they would like a Theocracy in his place as opposed to the possibly greater threat (to them) of a free and democratic Iraq.

I thought he has just been accused of spying but we all know that if the US government says something it must be true.:rolleyes:
I wonder if Iran wanting Saddam out could have had anything to do with the war he waged on them in the 80's? Naaaaah, unpossible.
It's interesting though that Iran is probably freer and more democratic than most of Washington's so called allies in the region. But we won't let little things like that disturb our precious axis of evil. Iran= bad and there's nothing more to be said.:rolleyes:
