I'll agree with you that it does taste good, but there's better salmon out there... you should try Kenai River salmon sometime... kicks ass

kenia river is packed cause the salmon are so dang diddly darn big. come down to anacortes WA, its 2 hours from seattle by burlington. during a humpy(pink) run and you can leave with tons of fish, it happens every 3 years or so. 2000 there were 8 ppl in my boat, after about 2 hours we had the boats limit, and man those r some good fish and plentiful, not to mention the run last for a month now thats a lot of salmon. the black mouths r good too:p
