04' Jr. T Issues.

Anybody ever disassemble an 04 Jr. T? How do you get the bolts on the bottom of the fork loose? Need a special tool? Doesnt seem like any std stocket would fit.

Did you take the top caps off before you tried to undo the bottom bolts?

You have to have some pressure on them otherwise the internals will just spin. Same when screwing them back in.

That might be why it seems like no socket will fit.

you need a thinwall socket. They're not hard to find, any hardware store.....
