Go to your local bookstore and purchase a copy of Zinn and the Art of Mountain Bike Maintinance.
It's got everything. It's got basic maintenance for right now, and how to rebuild your fork, or build your own wheels, for when you're ready. It's well written, straightforward, and easy to understand.
Great book :thumb:

Don't get this cd. Waste of space. It covers only the most basic things you need to know. I bought this expecting a book like zinn online and got a tutorial on stuff I knew how to do.
Now a zinn version would kickass...
www.utahmountainbiking.com has some sweet repair pages, but they don't cover everything. I use than and the Zinn guide for all my bikey repair needs.

Sheldon Brown has a web site I highly recommend. He covers the fundementals of bike mainainence quite well.
