Where to get a partial build in amarillo TX?

I finally have all the parts for my new bike. Are there any shops that can face the headtube and chase/face the BB? I would also need them to install my drivetrain. I'm not very good at getting the shifting right yet, and want to make sure my crank arms are torqued to spec. Any ideas?
