Anybody uses Sun Mag 30 UST?

you who riding on those rims, let me know which tires do you use? do you use usual tube or UST?

I have big problem to fit several tires on mag30 UST :(

um, i didn't know that the Mag 30 comes in a UST now. i just run stans with the older model. but i'd say invest in some medal tire levers, the park or the pedros ones.

just be careful installing them as to not damage the rim with steel lever.

Since when is there a Mag 30 UST ?

I bought this one in the autumn year03 from Germany.

I believe that is only special models or something if you never heard about in USA or Canada.. hmm

I feel so hopeless when I see that tire Michelin C16 is not yet perfect fitted around the rim . like following the line on the sides of tyre.. I dont dare to pump till very high PSI because I use tube :( Soap was useless

I have had a Comp 16 and 28 on my Mag 30 rim with Stan's no tube , no problems with sealing or fitting etc.

I did fit C24 on rear mag30 non UST .. it was suceed

but that UST version (front). it is too complex. the tire doesnt inflate properly at both sides on the rim.. inside of the rim looks like Mavic UST with some special dents which is lower at center

"STS" named stick is marked on the rim.. nothing more special compared with usual mag30

which part of wheel do you want see?

I've heard nothing about that here in Canexico.

Ive heard of them, they where listed in a couple of suppliers books for 2003 Im pretty sure, Never actually saw one first hand but I imangined that they existed.

sorry that I cannot take the pic because I have did make the wheel "ready"

suprisingly, the second outter "layer" has holes as the first layer..

it is not like as Mavic UST which has the outter layer without holes..

it seems that Sun Mag UST is not popular yet..can understand due high weigh

If it has holes in the "second layer" than it is NOT a UST rim.:rolleyes:
