Throw on my hydro's

Hey, I want there to be more leverage on my brakes, so when i pull them, they don't start grabbing right away. How can I fix/adjust this? thanks

what brakes are they? depending on the brakes, you may be able to adjust lever throw iwth a single bolt, or you maybe have to rebleed...

Srart by sucking the fluid out of the resevoir, then push the pads all the way in. With the pads being held fully retracted, fill the resi back up. The seal it up and squeeze the lever. It works on Hayes and other brakes. Too much fluid (easier to do then you'd think) keeps the pads from retracting all the way, limiting the lever throw.
