go for saint?

im getting my new bullit frame soon (ordered it 4 weeks ago and its not even painted yet, but thats another story) and ive already got a 7" 888r for it.

the saint kit from santa cruz may be in the budget, but i really have no experience with this stuff. should i go with the saint kit, or stick with something thats been around longer? waiting til next year is not an option, cause im getting everything new this year and have no plans to upgrade in the near future. those who know something about saint - should i go for it? heres the kit:

i think thats everything. are there any weaknesses here? this bike is for whistler first and the shore second.

The only issues I have with it are 100% peersonal preference. I can't stand rapid rise or the new dual control levers. If you have ridden them and like them, I say go for it. It is also possible to run old XT levers with the calipers. That might be another option. Some people bitch about the weight of the cranks, but for how much they cost and for how strong they appear to be, whats to complain about? I think I have seen the 22/32/bg at my lbs for just over $200. That aint bad.
