MRP question

Hey im going to get an older mrp from a friend.. Im gonna put it on a 04 big hit expert and some people told me that it didnt work the the isis bb.... Will it work for me?? Its a year or 2 old..

I would say that they are partially correct. It will work, but only if you clamp it between the BB and frame- the way it was meant to mork. But, I am sure that you could mmodufy it. I would trace out the size of the bb on the MRP and use a scroll saw to open up the opening to the correct size. A drillpress mounted grinding bit might also work. Then use a drill bit with bevel to make the ISCG holes.
I would have no problem trying this, but I am not you. If you try this and f* it up, its all on you!

cant he just fit it behind the lip of the bb cup? dont see why you would have to convert it to ISCG mount fittings unless there are bits that would get in the way.

I mean Greg Minnar ran a normal type on his Haro DHR and that had ISCG mounts

I don't know if this was aimed at me, but I said he could do that. I decided to take it another step and provide a hand drawn, CAD-quality image to show how to make it ISCG.
