April 2004
Hurkey Creek Park #1 (Spring Shoot Out)
Idyllwild, CA
ANYONE registered for this one?
As I'm sure you all know - this is the maiden
race under the new - TwentyfourSports - moniker. . .
Hopefully the series actually occurs - I'm looking forward to
the Dalton-24 again this year. I'm holding off on registering
till after the first Idyllwild event.
Don't have a warm-fuzzy yet - their web-sites' message board
is still not activated - and the first race is only 50-some days away. . .
Idyllwild has lots o confidence in them - Idyllwild has signed on
for TWO of thier 24 Hr events - according to the 24 Hrs of Adrenalin web-site. . .
Post up. . .

Not a single post and only 13 looks. . .
There's lots of ya 24-Hr racers out there
with traffic on other similar threads. . .
OK - either it's a MASS BOYCOTT of the Adrenalin Series
or it's something else - what could it be

This might be the first year I DON'T do a 24 hour race. My team has decided to retire from the Hurkey Creek race.
I'm waiting on details for the 24 Hours of Boise, Idaho. I want to solo that this year.

Douglas and Heidi -
Thanks for the posts. . .
Douglas - glad to see yer all hooked up for Dalton
this year - and so soon too - :thumb:
Heidi - I feel honored that you replied to one of my threads. . .
Now about Idyllwild - Could this be the giving of a 24-hr race
that no one shows up for? - at least from the RM-sect. . .

Could be... the timing is just bad that weekend.

Cool! My only endurance race for the year so far is the Cascade Cream Puff. I think that will be hard enough for me though. :p
Team Heat will be on fire (damn I'm funny)!
