makes sense to me. as for getting finger printed, sure, its just a waste of ink and time for me. i think i will be travelling to the states for official business soon... good think i've never been convicted of an offense - just never been caught

They don't use ink anymore at the high class gov't fingerprinting places. At MEPS in Boston they used a machine with a glass plate which was basically a scanner. They run the FBI background check in no time at all, it's sweet.
