kona Cinder Cone 2003-2004

Hey all. Looking at getting a bike and have my eye on the 2003 Cindercone (I like the style better than the 2004) I think the only difference is 2CM fork travel anyways. What's your guy's though on the cinder cone? Worth the money? I also have my eye on the rocky mountain fusion. But to be honest it's components arent as stellar as the Kona

I had a credit card back when I was 18, and got some bad credit becuase of it. Now noone will give me a credit card. I'll probibally just call my old man up and see if he'll let me use his and ill just pay him monthly till its paid off.. Although being in the old man's debt is horrible :)

Heres the question. How much do you think I could talk a dealer down on a 2003 cinder cone in the middle of the winter. On the kona page they have the 2003 and 2004 cinder cone for the same price. Plus it looks like the 2004 has the better shock? Sorry for the lame questions but im pretty new
