Haven't used the SRAMs, but I can highly recommend Avids.

if you can get the older sram levers, like 99's, they are really light. Lighter than the Avid mags or Ti levers. They have a shorter length than the avid's but still feel pretty nice. They do lack the speed dail thingy avid has, but the sram levers are adjustable. All in all they are pretty darn sweet. If you are considering them check out the Mag levers and the Ti levers. Or you can also pick up the Speed dail 7 levers for faily cheap. All of these are good options. Comes down to personal choice and setup.

If you are going with Avid mech discs though, get an Avid lever to match up with them. The speed dail feature will help get the avid mech discs setup right.

they are flexy. Will give you some brake fade under hard braking coinditions. You are better going wih avids or something...

Try to p;ick up some Avid Single Digit Mags. They rock, provide excellent braking power, and look sweet.
