I don't have a good answer for you but I do know that Progressive Suspension's website has a fit list for the 5th Element, and you can email them if it's not on the fit list. Romic can be contacted as well and they'll be able to help you out.

In general, 5th shocks will fit most frames, but the ti spring may be too big. Since there are no shock towers to go through or anything like that, I would guess that your OK, but would still check their site.

My friend has a big hit with a romic and it fits just fine with no clearance issues.
