fork adjustments

My friend got a 2002 Iron Horse Stout for a graduation gift. It came with a 2002 marz dirt jumper 1. It looks and feels like 80 mm. But the info says it can adjust from 80-130 mm. And all the pics make it look like 130 too. So if any one knows how to adjust them let me know.

dont quote me on this one but i believe marzocchi offers a travel kit for that fork. this kit would increase or decrease travel by changing the internals of the fork....travel cannot be changed by any adjusting nobs on the fork. talk to your bike shop about the kit..

You need new springs. The long travel kit has longer main springs and shorter top out springs.
