Hadley hub axle conversions?

Which hubs can be converted for a given shell width?

Are the 9mm QR, 10mm thru, and 12mm thru all interchangeable?

How about the 15mm ones?

This is all for the 135mm shell width, not the 150mm.

I know I could call them, but then the info wouldn't be posted online for the next guy, would it?

yep, I actually have interchanged all of them (yes, all) on a single hub.
