boxxer oil question

i wanted to know what type and wieght oil i should use in my boxxer race(crap). I was thinking like a 5 wt...any ideas would be appreciated!

page 7 of 9 says use 5wt in each leg



One question though, my boxxer race(crap) what is so 'crap' about the fork? If you really want to get rid of it I may be interested.
