Boxxer spring change question.

I have changed the oil and seals on my Z1 and a friend of mine asked if I could help do a spring change on his Boxxer race. Is this something I could tackle( I am learned in the art of bi-king) or should he go to the LBS? Any thoughts or helpful hints would be greatly appreciated.

its really easy...unscrew the top caps, pull out the spacers than pull out the spring...you should probably change the oil in thier while you are at it....i have one of those pieces of crap....throw it away and get a marzocchi if you can(888) thats what i would do if i had any money...well good luck

Thanks Axl, I'll give it a go. The fork however isn't mine. I'm a shameless Marzocchi man all the way.

yeah anytime, you might also want to look on the rockshox website for a more detailed explaination(there's pictures too!) im in breck every now and then so maybe i'll look them up.
