Well what kind of springs do you have? Soft, medium, firm?

7.5 wt if you can find it. If you can't find it, you're gonna have to choose between 5 and 10. I would choose. It will make the shock slightly stiffer, which I think is always a good thing. I mean, it does depend on the type of riding you do, but usually stiffer is better in my mind.

Cool i will try the 7.5 if I can find it ,if not Ill just use the 10.Thanks
can't you mix the 10 and the 5 to make a aprox 7.5 oil. they are both the same dencity so they mix.

And goldilocks said the 10wt was to firm, and the 5wt was too soft but the 7.5wt was just right  (sorry)
Mixing oils is the way to get those in-between weights if you can't find them. Mix the 10 & 5 (50/50) if you are looking for something in the middle (7.5ish). Obviously a little more 10wt if you want it slower, a little more 5wt for a bit quicker shock feel.

I had a little trouble finding it at the local MX shop but I did find a bottle of Golden Spectro 7.5 wt oil. I think they said it was for a Suzuki or something like that, apparently thier manuals don't list the oils by weigth but an old guy who knew everything popped up from out back and helped me find it.
